I have overcome years of struggling with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating and have learned that when we release our mental and emotional baggage, then physical weight loss becomes automatic. And, we can do this without crazy diets and rigid exercise plans.

LifeLine can help you to recognize your subconscious triggers and lead them in a whole new way that allows you to experience a more peaceful and thriving relationship with food, your body, others, and, most importantly, with yourself.
As a Certified LifeLine Ignite Teacher, I offer classes online and in person that arm you with a laser-like tool (a simple 5-step process) to help you respond to life’s challenges from a place of love, empowerment, action and ease ... rather than from fear, disempowerment, reaction, and dis-ease.
